[OPEN] Fluttercord Adopt — Description

This cutie has been on the backburner for a loooong time.
I think I started it sometime in January and was meant to post her before my Valentine's adopts, but the colours never really fit right until I finally sat down and finished her today!
Circe may have been subconscious inspiration from Epic: The Musical.. And, of course, Breezies!
She is £13!
For clarification on prices: discord-hybrids are £8, while the cutiemark is an extra £3.
